Printing Lead (Roland VG3) (Apply Here)
Flexible Part-time, 15-25 Hours Per Week, in-person in Milwaukie, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain Roland VG3-540 EcoSolvent printer
• Load and manage print/laminate/cut jobs across a variety of media (vinyl, sticker stock, etc.)
• Troubleshoot print quality issues (color shifts, banding, etc.)
• Work with the production team to keep jobs flowing smoothly
• Help with general shop duties as needed (pressing, packing, etc.)
Requirements:
• Experience with EcoSolvent printing (Roland preferred)
• Familiarity with RIP software (VersaWorks or similar)
• Attention to detail and a sense of pride in clean, consistent output
• Comfortable standing, lifting rolls, working with hands
• Bonus: Experience with laser cutting, embroidery, or heat pressing

Help Patchmarks market and sell products to Retail, Wholesale and Custom clients
Tasks Include:
- Direct client interaction via email, text, phone, and in-person
- Provide price estimates and production timelines for clients
- Invoicing and payment tracking
- On-going communication w/ every client on expectations and timeline
- Outreach including cold calls
Experience Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Shopify, Trello, Slack, and Google Suite

Sewing Specialist

Flexible Part-time, 15-25 Hours Per Week, in-house sewing machines available Milwaukie, Oregon; work can be remote if appropriate machines are available.
Produce hats and apparel with patches applied via thread
Tasks Include:
- Operate semi-industrial sewing machines to sew various fabrics and materials according to specifications. (Pfaff 591 and Pfaff Ambition 610)
- Produce retail quality work with extreme consistency.
- Work with other team members to ensure timely completion of production goals.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and assist in troubleshooting machine and operations issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience Preferred:
- Prior experience in commercial or production environment sewing preferred
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Detail-orientated and quality-conscious.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
